For me the ozone colonics are extremely beneficial for keeping the liver cleansed. It is thought that the ozone is taken up direct to the liver through the hemmorroidal vein. I have tremendous liver flushes with the ozone colonics that I do not have with regular colonics or enemas. My personal belief is that the ozone saunas are so beneficial at removing toxins that the liver gets overloaded and then the body trys to eliminate these toxins through the skin overloading that organ causing the healing rash. After 100 saunas and over 100 ozone colonics I still have never had a rash or itch. I believe that assisting the liver to flush out these toxins through ozone colonics is why I have never had a rash. I also drink Ozonated water daily. Thanks, JJ Everyday above ground is a Good Day 500 AGL is a GREAT DAY
Guest guest
Dear Fred, I agree. We only recommend rectal insufflation in cases of irritable bowel, Crohn's, colitis, ileitis or colon cancer; for reasons of proximity. Otherwise, we much prefer the ozone sauna. It is not a question of potential harm, it is more a question of compliance to a more difficult protocol. Best of Health! If one isn't trying to treat some specific problem (eg. colon cancer) how much help is it to do ozone rectally when you are doing ozone steam saunas? IE. won't ozone steam saunas+working liver/kidneys/lymph system eventually cleanse the entire body, without requiring ozone rectally (perhaps over a longer period of time)? _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com

JJ, since it takes time to ozonate water (or more precisely, for water to be saturated with ozone), what exactly is the process you use? Do you ozonate a batch, then start using it while ozonating another batch? I would be very interested in learning how you do this. I have been thinking of buying a home colonic machine for a while...specifically, this one: www.thecolonet.com/jr4.html Thanks

I use a diffuser with water and ozone going into the colon at the same time. Then one can vary the flow of water and the flow of ozone during the colonic. I did not buy a machine but just use regular plumbing and a 5 gallon camping water container. The whole set up without the diffuser is less than $75. Guest guest
PLease clarify. Is the only reason that sauna is recommended rather than rectal insufflation a matter of compliance? Can one do more good with rectal insufflation than sauna? It seems to be the preferred way of conducting studies in Cuba, etc? If we would comply, would we be better off using rectal insufflation rather than sauna? Guest guest
Dear Ken, No. No. Yes. No. You are forgetting about hyperthermia. Dual treatment = more effectiveness. And compliance is at the top of the list when we are dealing with self-treatment. Best of health!
