Guest guest
Edith -- two words. THANK YOU! I'm blown away (ok, five words) ;-) I worked (volunteered) with youth in the local felon unit and > did make a difference in one kid's life. Looking back, he was a > KO. I can barely manage my own fleas and the BPs in my life now. Hafta say I admire the courage of ppl who are up to the task. Guest guest
Edith Maybe not. I returned to the classroom to teach the emotionally disturbed 5 years ago and I didn't have a clue about bp until I read UBM by accident. Incidentally teaching isn;'t all it's cracked up to be. Uh, maybe my students were different than yours?? I loved teaching -- ie, the sharing of knowledge I'd accumulated over the years. The thing that did me in was campus politics (ie, the PD'ed in administration). So, I retired from teaching (after 37 full-time years at the same college) and now I share my accumulated knowledge here. Here is fun, too. - Edith
