Okay, I'm going to go ahead and brag a little early...LOL! Last night

I was at the grocery store and passed the Entenmenn's section. They

had some fat free raspberry danish things and I put them in my cart

thinking 'well, I better eat these while I can'...LOL! Then, when I

got over to the bakery section, they had these danish sticks that I

REALLY love and I stood there thinking 'maybe I'll get these' The

thing I like about those is that they don't have the nutritional

information on them...LOL...so I can pretend they aren't as bad as

they really are! Anyway, I ended up saying no to those and THEN I

even ended up putting the entenmenn's danishes back on the shelf,

too! I thought 'why are you going to buy those when you know you

will just eat the whole enire thing in 2 days'.....when they are fat

free I just use that to justify eating more! So, I was pretty proud

of myself :)

Way to go ! I have to go to the grocery store tonight and I will

remember your post when I pass that Entenmenn section, of course it

has to be by the bread section as well. They must know what they are

doing in that store because most people get their bread last and they

know hope to rope pepole into those impulse buys.

especially at the grocery store when it is all there calling to you!

Glad you stood your ground and didn't let the

temptation to rule!!!! That's the thing about

fat-free. We try to justify eating the whole package

with the fact that they're fat-free but forgetting

they still have calories!!!!!!

Way to fight the urges !! Sometimes, if you just stop and

think about what you are doing, you can correct yourself... But,

then of course, there are times when you can't. Ah well, ya can't be

perfect!!
