I don't know about VCRs on cruises, but you can always make an audio tape of

a taebo video and bring it with you on the cruise along with a walkman type

tape recorder. I have been able to do taebo in hotel rooms that way.

I just wanted to let you know that I take my VCR everytime my finace and I go

out of town! LOL! I can't go a single day without Taebo, or I feel down. I

guess this is a good hobby for me! At least I'm sheading all the excess

weight I don't need! LOL! Take your VCR if you need to hun, you will love it!

Morning Brigitte!! They don't even have that CD out for sale yet,

isn't that nuts?! Leave it to them to advertise something and then

not have it available..DUH!!! From what I've been told the CD was

supposed to have been released this spring and I think it's just a

soundtrack.

There wasn't a VCR in the room on our cruise. But the rooms are so small you

wouldn't have the space anyways. HOWEVER, most cruise ships have a fitness

room as well as a fitness program. I took some great aerobics and step

classes while on my cruise. Plus, they had a kickboxing class which I missed

because my hubby wanted to do some other ship activity. You can also walk and

run around the promenade deck. Which cruise line? Beware of the midnight

buffet

I'd like to know about that CD, too...LOL! So far, we haven't heard

anything about it being released (why do they advertise it if it's

not available...LOL), but as soon as it is...I'm sure you'll hear

about it here!

As far as what to do when you go on your cruise...some people have

taped the workout onto a cassette tape and then brought a walkman

along so that they could do their workouts wherever! Another thing

you could do is just write down the different moves that you like and

make up your own workout while listening to some music!

OHHHH! I am jealous!!! Although I did find a brand new pair of Puma aerobic

shoes for 10 cents at the thrift store yesterday. I also got a pirated copy

of Firm vol.1 for $1, and old AFAA workout for $2, Gilad Step and Tone $1,

Country Line Dancing $1 and a MTV workout for $1. I doubt I'll see any Taebo

items at the thrift store though :-)

Lacey, I have two pairs. The first pair ripped up the middle in the

middle of a workout at the WTC! Fortunately, they replaced them for

me. They said it happens frequently (but the rip might appear

somewhere else). The replacement pair and my other pair have been

great. I've been wearing them once a week for taebo since last Oct.

with no rips. I love how they make my body look - so lean!

't tapes? I just wanted to tell them that they all look great! I watch all

the people everytime I workout and this may sound stupid, but I give them all

High fives after the work out is done! See Since I don't live in Cali, I can't

attend a real live Taebo class! But my goal is to get there someday! Thanks

Basically, the first set ripped down the front during a WTC workout.

Fortunately, they replaced them without any trouble. The replacement

pair is still kicking!

Thanks for keeping me posted on who is in the workouts. I have the original 4

tapes, the Taeboxing tape, the Get ripped tapes, the Impact tapes, The Abs

and glutes(Killer tape)lol, ANd i just started the automatic delievery of a

new Live advanced tape every 4 weeks. But I haven't recieved volume 1 yet.

But I think that covers the tapes I have. But thanks again for responding! =)

I just wanted to say that I went thru the pics, and I wanted to tell all of

you that you are really pretty ladies! Keep up the good work! Also I want to

meet Blanks! =( I hope I get to one day, cause he has helped me change

I also wanted to say that I just looked at the before and after PICS of you

all and I got teary eyed! You all look so good! You make me want to strive

for my goals and never give up! Thanks for all the E-mails, I appreciate

every one of them! I'm on my way to before and after,I have been doing Taebo

nonstop for 90 days in a row now and I have lost 30 lbs, but most of all I

feel so good about myself for once! Just wanted to let you know that you all

look great! Keep up the hard work! =)

I'm probably the wrong person to ask because I am hopelessly addicted

to anything that has to do with Tae-Bo...LOL! But, I LOVE my new

shoes and the roll down pants are awesome, too! I've worn my shoes

twice now for workouts and I really like them and I like the way they

look, too The roll down pants are really comfortable and very

flattering!
