Guest guest Posted January 3, 2006 Report Share Posted January 3, 2006 I just got my first kombucha scoby yesterday and started the process. The scoby floated all night at the top of the liquid, where I had placed it. But during the day today I noticed it had sunk, it is now sort of leaning against the outside wall.
