He is the oldest brother to my dad, who passed away from LBD Sept. 20, 2002. My Uncle Mel went to the hospital yesterday due to a prior fall and reactions to medications. He has Parkinson's and it seems that he isn't doing well at all. In fact, he had to be resuscitated while at the hospital because of a medication that he was given. It totally shut down his respiration. This really is a hard time of the year for me with the upcoming anniversary of my dad's death, so it is doubly emotional with my uncle being in the hospital.
