You probably don't use enough sugar and brew it more than seven days at a lower temperature than 75 to 80 degrees F.. It gets more vinegary the more you let it brew. I didn't see any cloudiness in my Dr. Sklenar's KT. My last two pots were very like his. I was surprised because they were brewed with those thin mommas that grew on top of my scobies stored outside the refrig for the first time. I will have to check that spelling on the bottle. LOve.
