Hello everyone!

I recently posted about my liver function test results being a

*little* high. They are really *way* high! But, I saw Dr. K today

for my 6 month follow-up and after " seeing " me, he thinks I am okay.

I'll have another Liver Function test done in a month just to be sure.

But, now that I'm past the 6 month mark, it should begin to come

down. It's normal to have high liver enzymes at 6 months out, but

mine are quite a bit higher than the other normal ~ but I NEVER said I

was NORMAL! (hee hee!)

Anyway, I'm still losing weight. I'm down 95 lbs now. I'm still

wearing the same sizes as before, but that's fine. Things I'm happy

about:

*I can cross my legs now!

*I have SO much more energy than before!

*I sleep better (I'm certain my sleep apnea is gone) and dream a lot

now. (Something I did rarely in the past.)

*I'm finding that I'm more outgoing, like I used to be YEARS ago. I'm

certain this is because my self esteem is much better now that 95 lbs

are gone for good!

*Being intimate is not a chore anymore. My Hubby is a happy man! :D

*I eat normal portion sizes. Some days I can eat and eat and eat.

Other days, I can't eat much at all. (Jim, didn't you just mention

that you do that, too?)

I LOVE my GRDS!! Thank you Dr. K!!!

I love my new GRDS Family ~ you are all the BEST!!

Love and hugs,

Jolene in Bakersfield
