Guest guest
Hi Kellie- Thanks for the input. How long have you been drinking KT? After a somewhat " rocky " start, I've been able to drink KT regularly and even to increase the amount. I'm probably drinking 6 to 8 ounces twice per day and having no obvious " side effects. " I, too, would be interested in any weight loss stories. You wake-up one day and say.you know I have not had a sinus infection in a while, and I always get sick this time of year. Hey I have not felt depressed in days and the bills are due and I might not be able to cover it all, but I am not feeling hopeless and helpless. Hey that rash on my arms I had since high school is now gone, hey I am sleeping through the night, hey I FEEL GREAT.what the heck happened??? >>I would like to know how people have lost weight using KT. Though I have not seen any remarkable results, I have noticed that I can eat wheat again and not have major weight changes.
Guest guest
hi Dana, I have been drinking KT since the first of Nov, though it has just been since Christmas that I have been brewing and drinking my own brew. So I would say all together about 3 months. I had bought a couple of bottles online and had drank only about a 1/4 cup daily for many weeks just to see how I would respond. When my first brew was done I was very scared at first to drink it (it looked like aliens), and so I drank only a little as well, so my KT lasted a long time. Then my daughter and my partner started and I realized that brewing was going to be a big part of my life like shopping and housework, it is just alot more fun! Now I have about five gallons brewing at any given time and I drink five cups a day, once upon waking up and also before going to bed, on empty stomach, and one cup with each meal, I find it really helps with digestion.
