That sounds like such a good idea. I might have to

try that. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed that GR

8-min. I just got my copy yesterday. I won it on

e-bay too. I thought I recognized your email address

when I was bidding on the 8-min tape. I'm glad I bid

on a different auction so we weren't bidding against

each other. :) I can't wait to try it out tonight.

Hey, all I do to keep track of workouts is keep a calendar by my

tapes and I just write on the day AL3 or whatever.... I do it

immediately after I get done grunting. Now, I think EVERYBODY can

handle doing that one (if you wanted to of course)...

It's going pretty good. I'm trying to do it twice a

week. The thing is, I don't have room to keep it up

all the time. It would be easier if it were up all

the time, oh well. It's gotta wait until I move,

hopefully within the next year. That way I can get a

2 bedroom or rent a house or duplex.

HAHAHA, you are SO right, Sandie! I guess that's my way of saying that I

won't be investing in free weights for a LONG time. :) Even if I had the

money I would feel a little guilty about buying them because I already have a

gym membership that I paid for so I should just use the weights there. You

know what? I just found out that they are adding a WOW class at my gym.

It's just for women who hate the idea of doing weights in the weight room

with the muscle heads. :) Unfortunately, I won't be able to go since the

class starts at 4:15pm. I just couldn't make it by then. Hopefully they

will change the time.

That's the one thing that makes me hesitant to join a

gym. I don't want to pay all that money and not

really use it. But I would like it for the variety of

different classes and equipment.

That's neat that they have that class. Seems like

they would make it at a more conveint time or have

more than one. Maybe others in your situation will

speak up and they'll do some re-adjusting.
