Guest guest
If you have any kind of a planner or calendar, you can jot down the tapes you do every day! No more excuses Sweetpea! Start journaling! ) Keeping track of your workouts and your progress is the only way to make sure you get the most from your workouts. You'll be able to figure out what works for you and what doesn't. ) Carol << NO I don't keep track of my workouts, how did you know (ha)...I can't remember.. > ---------- > From: CAFitNut@...[sMTP:CAFitNut@...] > Reply To: tae-bo_on > Sent: May 22, 2001 1:31 PM > To: tae-bo_on > Subject: Re: MIGHTY 100 REPORT 5/22/01 > > ROFLOL!! Guest guest
) GOOD! Some of your problem probably comes from those mix & match workouts you like to do at lunch time! Make them less complicated and get more from them instead! ) Do no more 2 workouts (same day or back to back) that compliment each other, that way your journaling will be easier. ) Like what? Like when I do 15 to 30 minutes of Tae Bo and 45 to 60 minutes of weight training. ) Carol << I got a little planner at home I think is time to pull it out and start writing all my workouts and my progress report...thank you mom, I'm so lazy (hee,hee)... > ---------- > From: CAFitNut@...[sMTP:CAFitNut@...] > Reply To: tae-bo_on > Sent: May 22, 2001 1:55 PM > To: tae-bo_on > Subject: Re: MIGHTY 100 REPORT 5/22/01 > > If you have any kind of a planner or calendar, you can jot down the tapes > you > do every day! LOL I am loving hearing you guys talk about this Mighty 100! It's pretty cool! I want to start weight training but I bore easily. LOL Plus, I am REALLY self conscious at the gym when I am in the weight room. It's a combination of feeling silly trying to figure the machines out AND being in front of a huge window where everyone who can see me. Sorta makes me feel sick to my stomach when I feel I'm being watched. LOL Anyway, once I have money that I don't need for ANYTHING else I will consider investing in a few more freeweights.
