If you have any kind of a planner or calendar, you can jot down the tapes you

do every day! No more excuses Sweetpea! Start journaling! :o) Keeping track

of your workouts and your progress is the only way to make sure you get the

most from your workouts. You'll be able to figure out what works for you and

what doesn't. :o)

:o) GOOD! Some of your problem probably comes from those mix & match workouts

you like to do at lunch time! Make them less complicated and get more from

them instead! :o) Do no more 2 workouts (same day or back to back) that

compliment each other, that way your journaling will be easier. :o)

Like what? Like when I do 15 to 30 minutes of Tae Bo and 45 to 60 minutes of

weight training. :o)

LOLOLOL!!! Yeah.....when I first started on the BFL challenge, I had

Amazonian delusions..I tried for 3 sets of 32 squats at 75 pounds. Let me

so! And I love it!!

Hey Carol! I did my 11th workout this morning. I'm finding that I'm

beginning to obsess about working out! I did the 8-minute workout

last night as a warm-up to my weight training. It's been a while

since I've done squats. And I am feeling it now! It's difficult to

even go to the restroom. I'm afraid I won't be able to get up!! lol

I'm up to 7. I have a piece of paper on my fridge divided into

Basic, Advanced, & 8 Minute with little tick marks by each one. I'm

*hoping* it will help curb my impulse to open the fridge if I see my

workouts rights there in front of me. I did my first GR tape last

night (the 8-minute, won it on EBay) and loved it!

Selena,

Nothing wrong with starting out small or even with no weights...the point is

you are actually doing it, no matter how heavy or light the weight. I'm a

wimp also and I always laugh during the FIRM tape when they say to go heavy

with 15s or something...my heaviest weights right now are 8s!

Monse, don't feel bad! You are not alone! I don't keep track of my

workouts either! That's the main reason I didn't join the Mighty 100

challenge! I've just come to accept the fact that I am not very consistent

with things like that. I have tried over and over to keep food journals,

exercise journals, personal journals etc. It always lasts for about a week

before I stop doing it! LOL I guess I don't feel so bad knowing there are

others out there like me. Not necessarily you, Monse, but I think is

my long lost sister! ROFL

Way to go, Selena but don't get obsessed. LOL I am loving hearing you guys

talk about this Mighty 100! It's pretty cool! I want to start weight

training but I bore easily. LOL Plus, I am REALLY self conscious at the gym

when I am in the weight room. It's a combination of feeling silly trying to

figure the machines out AND being in front of a huge window where everyone

who can see me. Sorta makes me feel sick to my stomach when I feel I'm being

watched. LOL Anyway, once I have money that I don't need for ANYTHING else

I will consider investing in a few more freeweights.

Way to go on you workouts, ! That's a good idea, the workouts on the

fridge. I was at my sister's house last night and noticed that they haven't

even opened the GR set they ordered from QVC WAY back when the our buddies

were there! I can't believe it, there is just NO WAY I could have them sit

there. I should have been bold enough to say " hey, can I have these? You're

not using them. " LOL
