You might have to do what the rest of us do. Lie. Its not like they inspect your apartment. Just pray you don't get an apartment right by the leasing office so that you can walk the dogs during normal business hours. a Who has had many a furry stowaway and has one now. Guest guest
> My sister used to have a dog named Star and a cat named Trek We've got a whole superhero's theme going on in our house! It started when we got our dog and cat together at the shelter....the dog is Robin (cause she's a girl) and the cat is Batman, then we got another dog and Bob wanted to keep the theme going....so we named her Nightwing (which has something to do with what Robin was called when he grew up, I think...LOL). Then we got another dog and she is called Grayson because Dick Grayson was somebody's (Robin's) alter ego...LOL! We also had a cat named Hercules, but he died a few months ago So, we've got Batman and Robin, Nightwing and Grayson...LOL! who has no idea how she is going to find a place to rent in MD with all these animals! Guest guest
I have 2 cats named and Ira (found them the weekend we were having a Gershwin festival at the Hollywood Bowl), and used to have brother & sister cats named Jem & Scout from " To Kill A Mockingbird. " Also had a black & white kitty that looked like a police car, so we named him Malloy after Pete Malloy in " 1-Adam-12. " Unfortunately, he was hit by a motorcycle when he was only 6 months old. I've ALWAYS had a tie-in on my pets' names. who is showing her age right now with the 1-Adam-12 reference!!

Colleen, Thanks for the info, but unfortunately I don't have any of those...LOL! We did rent a house before we bought this one and I bet the landlord would give us a good reference because we left the place in good condition! I am definitely not against lying....lol....by saying I have fewer animals than I do! The problem is just going to be finding the right house, meaning one that will allow pets and one that has a fence! But, I'm sure I'll find something! I think I'm going to end up moving up there early anyway and Bob and Skylar will have to stay here until our house sells because we can't afford to rent something until we sell the house! Guest guest
Wow, that's too bad that you may have to be away from your family for a little while . How far exactly is the move for ya anyway? When are you looking at to move again? Darcy who can't wait to hear how things go at the new center... > Colleen, > > Thanks for the info, but unfortunately I don't have any of > those...LOL! How far exactly is the move for ya anyway? > When are you looking at to move again? Darcy, I'll be moving from Nashville, TN to the Baltimore, MD area....so its a pretty good distance! I think it takes about 12 or 14 hours to drive! I've only driven it once.....when I moved her back in 1996 and I'm not looking forward to doing it again...LOL! It will be a bummer to have to be away from Skylar and Bob! I'm hoping that our house will sell relatively quickly so that the separation won't be too long! I just don't see any other way of doing it for now because we can't afford to rent until this place is sold! Hopefully, the WMTC will be opening sometime towards the end of the summer...I'm guessing sometime in August, but I haven't heard a specific date yet who is REALLY getting excited about teaching at the WMTC
