Guest guest
I know some folks go GFCF and have seen some positive changes but does anyone have any info/direct experience with, phenols and salicylates? My son has been having a bad week at school and at home...he does have a sinus infection but colds don't seem to effect him like this. http://www.tacanow.org/family-resources/phenols-salicylates-additives/ The only new things I can think of in his diet are a new brand of multi vitamins, nutter butters that my hubby bought (and some PB & J sandwiches made for lunch) and we tried red grapes vs. green grapes this week... Am I nuts to be looking at the food/additives? Thanks for any info...
Guest guest
You're not crazy. my daughter was gfcf and is now only off gluten. I really want to experiment with sugar. I would look at your vitamins for preservatives and artificial flavorings. You can be allergic to almost anything, but I would start with the artificial or potentially artificial (nutter butters, vitamins) before I tried the grapes.
