He has been gf /cf for a year now, but I know there have been some infractions. I'm going to try again and be a lot more strict.

Is your son also cf?

Also, if you'll share with me any good food ideas, esp for things to take along in the car or send to school, that would be great.

robin have you tried going gluten free, my son also had seizers 80 plus a day, going gluten free rid our lives of them
