Just counted up...............(less of a drumroll, please)......I've done 6

so far. Let's not think of it as 94 to go!!!!

Caroline, who doesn't know where I found the time to do six this week, but

I am up to four , so 96 to go! Its a good thing I

keep a journal of my workouts!

BTW, I found my eating trigger!!! I get the munchies

when I feel lonely and or bored. Yesterday when I was

with Lucie, I felt full before I finished my meal. Today,

I caught myself feeling lonely because my beau was

too busy being with his friend when I bent myself back

wards to make a really nice supper, and I was still

hungry after eating shrimps, lobster and clams....

Sigh.. I am still bummed out and still am hungry.

This sucks.

Gooooooood Monday Morning Selena!! You're doing OUTSTANDING!! No extra Tae Bo

tapes for me today, but I usually do IMPACT on Monday and Wednesday nights.

This morning it was a heavy duty upper body weight workout. :o)

Way to go Carol!!!! Wow 9 tapes!!!!! I've just finished 9 this morning! My

little girl will be

going to stay with her grandparents for 2 weeks as soon as school is out this

Thursday. Which

means I will be going nuts!!! At least I know what I will be doing in my spare

time to keep my

mind (and body) occupied. I know we will all make the Mighty 100 in no time.

At the rate we are

going, averaging 6 tapes a week, we will meet our goal in September! Good Luck

Yes, try and find ways to cope without reaching for

food. I've been drinking tons of water, but I have to get

rid of the whole " oral fixation " and try to do something

else not involving injesting anything.
