Guest guest Posted May 20, 2001 Report Share Posted May 20, 2001 I am up to four , so 96 to go! Its a good thing I keep a journal of my workouts! BTW, I found my eating trigger!!! I get the munchies when I feel lonely and or bored. Yesterday when I was with Lucie, I felt full before I finished my meal. Today, I caught myself feeling lonely because my beau was too busy being with his friend when I bent myself back wards to make a really nice supper, and I was still hungry after eating shrimps, lobster and clams.... My little girl will be going to stay with her grandparents for 2 weeks as soon as school is out this Thursday. Which means I will be going nuts!!! At least I know what I will be doing in my spare time to keep my mind (and body) occupied. I know we will all make the Mighty 100 in no time. At the rate we are going, averaging 6 tapes a week, we will meet our goal in September! Good Luck everyone!!
