Don't cry! I'll be ok, I'm a trooper :) Actually, I feel really good today! I

actually rode my exercise bike for 20 minutes! Wooohoo! I am having a hard

time changing my mindset though. My old way of thinking was that if I didn't

workout for an hour and walk out of the gym sore and dripping in sweat, I

didn't do anything. I would have never been satisfied with a 20 minute ride

on my exercise bike! I have had friends warn me not to go all gung ho when my

energy starts to come back. I think for once I'll listen :) So, I did my

little 20 minutes and I am happy about that. It is a lot more than I have

been doing! I think I'll take the kids for a walk later this afternoon and

maybe try to clean this place up a bit. I have been slacking on my housework!

It feels good to have some energy back :) My kids do know what is going on.

Well, they know that mommy is " sick " and gets tired a lot, so they need to

clean up their toys! LOL! I have told my daughter that I am going to be fine

(I didn't want her thinking it was something fatal) but that some days I will

not feel very well and I will need her to help me. So far the kids have been

trying to behave themselves, kind of ;)

Elena, I am so sorry your back is still causing you so much pain!! I really

hope your new doctors can offer you some relief!! I know how frustrating and

depressing it is to be in pain! I'll be praying for you that you find

something to help you! Try your hardest to keep a positive mind set. I know

it isn't easy, especially when you are in pain, but it really does help. If

you believe that things will get better, they will :) Write me anytime and

please keep us all updated on what the doctors say!!

:)

Way to go, . A lot of us could learn a LOT from you. I hope you will soon

have an explanation for the pain you have been in. Then you can concentrate on

relieving that pain. I know it couldn't have been easy hearing the person you

trust to help you say bad things about taebo but you know how doctors can be.

LOL Hang in there, take things SLOW and you'll be ok.

Jenni

who didn't copy and paste and hopes you know why I'm saying way to go :)

Good for you! One thing that amazes me about you is that you are always

learning and adapting. Not everyone can do that. Nix the housework! It is

not important.

Elena, who is glad is having a good day
