What kind of sprouts for bread?

I have recently begun sprouting and have sprouted wheat berries which I love,

and have made wonderful bread with them using the recipe on the Sproutpeople web

site. I am wondering about making whole wheat bread (I grind my own wheat)using

other sprouts besides grains. Could I use basically the same recipe but use a

salad mix sprouts or bean sprouts? Any experience with this? I am new to the

group and apologize if I could find info on this in another thread...kindly

direct me if this has been covered before!
