, I KNOW exactly where you are coming from as I never drank

water AT ALL until I started Taebo. And I only drank one can of pop

a day - if that and I don't drink milk AT ALL. I seriously went

through both of my pregnancies drinking no water except when I had to

go in for those blood test the one time - that was awful trying to

fill my body with YUCK - water!!!! I can't believe my kidneys haven't

failed me yet. My mom has kidney problems so you think I would have

smartened up some. Even though I started drinking water when I worked

out to Taebo, I still couldn't get it down much during the day. I

just started this a few weeks ago and it REALLY works - I bought some

bottled water and I freeze tap water in them. I've tried doing this

with other containers (Rubbermaid, etc.) but it never helped. I love

it best when they are almost frozen and I crunch the bottle and get

all the ice chips in it. Now I don't have a problem grabbing a couple

of bottles even to go to work in the morning and drinking them all

day. I would have never thought I would get to this point. I don't

know yet though if I'm doing my 96 ounces. I need to write down how

many are going out of the freezer and going back in throughout the

day. No wonder I had problems with dizziness and fainting - I think I

was just plain dehydrated all those years. The dumbest ever though

was drinking SlimFast for months with NO WATER. I did end up in the

emergency room with that though after a few months of doing that.

Dumb, Dumb, Dumb.
