Guest guest
Jacqui, St. 's Wort is a natural you might want to try before you go on scripts. It is not advised if there is a diabetes problem. It will not put you to sleep and you will not become addicted to it. I think there is a web site. Guest guest
Jacqui, get yourself some calcium or calcium and magnesium. I've found that it has a very good effect on blood pressure. However if you start getting meds for your bp, do be sure to stop taking it because it can intensify the effects. dargie
