Guest guest
Hi folks.Part of What Dr. K was telling us at the last Paso Support meeting was that he is REQUIRED to have contact follow-up with no less than 70% of his DS patients. If he can't meet this requirement then others can be denied surgery with him. Imagine...he now has over 1500 ds patients to track. That means that at the drop of a hat he needs to be able to contact 1050 of his patients by Phone, mail, email... He and is office are spending a whole lot of man hours trying to find patients. When they mail you something and it comes back he has to copy it and place it in your file as an attempt...they are googling patients trying to find us!Let's help them serve our needs better by keeping them informed as to our current contact info. Call, write, email them any time your phone numbers change, mailing address changes....Name changes (for the ladies who marry or divorce). As time goes on keeping contact info on us is going to be impossible if we don't do our part!Thank You Jo
