Guest guest
I recently read in one of the Dr newsletters (? Whitaker? ?) to use 250 mg niacinamide (not niacin) 4 x a day for mouth sores. Mine seem to go away with th first capsule (500mg) L-Lysine is also good for cold sores. SaraLou Oh...I had mouth sores once that turned out to be ... can't remember the word...it's the common name of mouth ulcers. Anyway I did some research and discovered they are caused by bacteria. They were very painful. I finally used a number of things, I think colloidial silver among them. Hydrogen peroxide might help. I think I used cayenne too...both to kill the bacteria and for the pain. Mine came from irritation from using an essential oil on my gums. Please let me/us know how you are doing, Birdy. You can write to me PEM also. It's must be pretty unpleasant to have mouth sores and not be able to eat. Warmly, Miz ~^^V^^~
