Hi !

My 2 cents worth........

I " usually " use old plastic bottles (or else HARD GT glass bottles) to keep

my brew.

I have NEVER had one explode, while keeping about 50 bottles on the kitchen

floor

at approx 60 to 70 F degrees over MONTHS !! (PLEASE dont ask what my WIFE

thinks of this!!!

I am retarded oppps....that is RETIRED !! !!))

Of course " some " with raw ginger on the bottom make GOOD " Fire

Extinguishers " when opened !!

So, I always open them over the sink, but never open before use........too

much trouble to

watch all of the bottles.....

Your results may differ if you are in a warmer/colder climate outside of So

California !!
