Hi Selena,

I'm new too! It's traditionally a 21-day challenge for new (or

veteran) Tae-Bo-ers to do it for 21 days straight. Supposedly, if

you do something for 21 days straight, it becomes a habit. We just

extended it to 30 days. Check us out at www.ivillage.com and go to

boards, diet & fitness, Tae-Bo. Good luck on your Tae-Bo journey
