Guest guest
Hi guys...letting you know that S. is now in Glendale with her hubby for her scheduled surgery on Tuesday morning. is several years post DS. She Developed painful problems with a redundant colon. She had Surgery in her home town to correct this. Her Doctor was supposed to have consulted with Dr. K. Although did improve...the pain was never resolved and she continued to have problems. A few months ago she come out to Glendale to consult with Dr. K. He said " they didn't remove enough colon to resolve the problem...you still have redundant colon " I was at her office appointment and " I " could clearly see the redundant colon and asked Dr. K if that was what he was talking about...He said " yes...it is very clear " . went home and had another consultation, with her local doctor...then made the decision to come to CA and have Dr. K do the surgery. Understandably... has some apprehension. Surgery sucks! She has been there, done that and it didn't help. Her Local Doctor didn't think additional surgery would help, in fact he said it could make it worse. Dr. K feels it will fix the problem. So she is taking a leap of faith and hoping, praying for some relief of the constant pain. Join me in Praying that Tuesday goes wonderfully well and Dr. K hands are blessed. Pray that quickly recovers and this time...her colon issues are resolved once and for all. Hugs Jo
