Making some diet changes

I've decided to make a few little diet changes. Start slow and see where it

goes.

1. I will try NOT to by stuff with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. Especially

if it is High on the ingredient list. I may end up allowing for a product or

two...maybe bread or something...but I will try to find products not using HFCS.

I've decided that this is a nice " slow " start. I will go ahead and use the

products I have already purchased..but won't add to or replace them. That way

it should be a more gradual change. At this time I'm not going to worry about

other sweeteners. Not even Sugar....but heck...most products use HFCS because

of a longer shelf life and it is cheaper than other sweeteners.

HFCS is a highly processed product that is Toxic in the liver. The body can not

process it. It leads to Fatty liver, diabeties, whole body inflamation,

OBESITY.

2. I'm going to try to seriously cut back on using the salt shaker.

I'm wondering how long it will take my hubby to catch on?

Hugs

Jo

Good idea Jo, since you mentioned HFCS, I've been on the look out for it.
