At this time of year you are going to find that most people are afraid to

" commit " to going because of the unpredictability of fog.

For me personally. I am currently in Pismo and Not sure when I'll be back in

the Valley. " if " I'm in Bakersfield I will probably go.

Best thing to do, when it gets closer...REMIND folks that you are going and

would like to get together. Just state that you will go to the typical s

cafe from 4-5:45pm (typical gathering time) If you would like you can give your

cell phone number so folks can get in touch if needed. Then hope for the best!

As far as After the meeting gathering...that usually happens at Perko's. Just

ask folks at the meeting if they want to go? It will depend on the fog again

and how worried folks are about it rolling in.

The fog can be a WITCH this time of the year.
