I guess I haven't been trying hard enough, because I actually gained 2 more pounds this week. Gotta thow out that chocolate! Oh, man... it's so good. I found some of that Ezekiel bread and will try it. Sandwiches are a staple around here for lunch and I know that regular bread is way too high in carbs. I'm going to your recipes now. I used to eat coconut, but I have't seen it at Trader Joe's in almost two years. So, pickles are doing it for me now. They are so sweet and tangy that I can only eat about three of them. Guest guest Posted April 5, 2008 Report Share Posted April 5, 2008 More on this subject. I know that muscle weighs more thna fat and I excercise. Thing is, My clothes do not fit any different than in the last few months when I lost weight. Could I be adding muscles in other areas, like my arms and legs to cause weight gain?
