Thank you ao much for the reply. I will definitely check out that file. It

is so good to know that the weight WILL come off. I guess I haven't been trying

hard enough, because I actually gained 2 more pounds this week. Gotta thow out

that chocolate! Oh, man... it's so good. I found some of that Ezekiel bread

and will try it. Sandwiches are a staple around here for lunch and I know that

regular bread is way too high in carbs. I'm going to your recipes now. Thanks

so much for your help.

I am currently back down to the 120's. I bounced back as high as 153 I

think. I refused to move that big weight over to the 150 mark, just

put the tiny slide over past the 50 mark. lol It made the weight feel

more temporary, you know?

I used to eat coconut, but I have't seen it at Trader Joe's in almost

two years. So, pickles are doing it for me now. They are so sweet and

tangy that I can only eat about three of them.

More on this subject. I know that muscle weighs more thna fat and I

excercise. Thing is, My clothes do not fit any different than in the

last few months when I lost weight. Could I be adding muscles in other

areas, like my arms and legs to cause weight gain? Just a shot in the

dark. I hit my lowest when I had diarreah for a week. Oh to bring back

those days........lol
