Guest guest
Hi, It has been proven quite some time back that diet sodas create a craving for sugars. Though they contain fake sugars, they make you crave more and more sugars. If you give them up for plain water you will notice the difference. Plus they bloat our stomachs and stretch them back out. Doc cut it down and they will stretch it back out, which we don't want done to it. Sodas have been proven to be empty calories, whether diet or not. Your body actually wants just plain water. I know it is sometimes hard to give them up, especially if you have been hooked on them. I have a problem giving up my tea, which I know I also need to do and go just for plain water. I haven't watched Ruby, except an occasional interview I happen to catch. I wish I knew when she was going to be on. I applaud anyone who can do what she has done. Pearl Hi, Do any of you watch Ruby on Style? She started her journey at over 700 lbs and is now ready to be under 300! I follow her progress and am learning some stuff too. On the last episode, she gave up diet sodas (1 thing out of 5 she did) to jump start her weight loss. Have any of you noticed that diet sodas keep you from losing weight? I know we're not suppose to drink them because of the carbonation, but can it also keep us from losing? For me it feels like to triggers my sweet tooth.... Just curious is any of you had opinions, lol
