I have Cabin Fever from being in this house and never getting away for a weekend trip or a change of scenery. I am going nuts, especially when it's summer my favorite time of year to get out and enjoy the weather and swim, I need the exercise so badly. I booked a weekend at the Hilton in our area 7 mins. away from our house. I am bringing my husband, but figure I can swim and relax in the sun for awhile and have room service and just be free, but he is already putting up an argument and being defiant that he is not going to go. Woe, is me if I can't get him out of the car. I managed to get him to his Day Care Program today, which he also usually resists going to, so when I pick him up we are going directly to the hotel and he will probably put up a fuss, so if you see me here tomorrow you will know my plan to escape the everyday woes at home did not succeed. And for those of you who remember my dilema with Jim's kids, I did contact an Elder Care Attorney and have an appointment with her on Wednesday about a Durable Power of Attorney. Hopefully, she can make my life a little easier. I am feeling so trapped and used lately with no relief in sight, so I do hope I get a mini vacation. You are all in my thoughts and prayers daily.
