Guest guest
Hi Mike, As some List members have noted, brewing in old houses doesn't work well. That has been my experience; living in new construction usually means no brewing problems, living in old houses often means either a slow brew or no brew - it doesn't turn at all. In your writings, I seem to recall that KT doesn't do well in the presence of mold, which is often in old houses. Other than moving, which is not an option at present, is there anything I can do besides brewing elsewhere? Yes, I tried the distilled vinegar thing, it didn't work. Using an ozone generator kills the brew. Thanks,
