This is the watch that I have and if you are going to be doing a run/walk combination and want a watch that will beep at the different intervals...I definitely recommend this watch! It is on sale for $19.97 (plus 5.50 S+H)...total is $25.47 which is a great deal (usually the watch alone is close to $40)! Anyway, just wanted to let you all know about this great deal.....it's only while supplies last (which probably won't be too long..LOL...I just ordered another one so I would have a back up)! Even though I don't always get the encouragement I need at home, I was told this morning by a person I work with that I am an inspiration! That's my new motivation, I want to inspire people!!! I have certanly rubbed off on my husband as far as the eating is concerned, which is great, except he's eating all my apples...ha! As far as exercise, it's a no- go and I think will ALWAYS be a no-go.
