Guest guest Posted October 27, 2001 Report Share Posted October 27, 2001 Hi everyone! I'm happy to report that Bob is doing very well. He was up and around roaming the halls all day yesterday. Thanks to all, I will pass on the hugs & well wishes to Bob. I am taking care of ME too. Each night I get a good night's rest and sleep as long as I need to. I find that when I'm well rested I'm able to handle the situation a whole lot better. If I'm over-tired, I get upset very quickly. I've even done a workout or two to help relieve some of the subconscious tension. I know my body is going through a lot emotionally, I'm sure one day it will all catch up. I know Tae-Bo will help with that. Thanks again for all your support through these trying times.
