Guest guest Posted May 21, 2005 Report Share Posted May 21, 2005 first of all a big thank you to Donna,, Janet and Patti who have answered me about the problem of incontinence..Unluckily here in Italy the Depends dont seem to be sold... ( They were really the ideal solution , especially those ones made like pants...I am trying to increase Ditropan and see how it goes....My new problem is now drinking. My father lately drinks really too little. I think in his altered mind it is all related to his incontinence...Drinking little to him is equal to pissing little, thats how he solves the problem! :O88 I try and try to convince him that he will end dehydratated and that it could be very dangerous...nothing to do, he is so stubborn on it...I give him fuit juice, water, some coke...from time to time, but he only wets his lips...On the contrary he still eats a good deal..Have you got any suggestions? Is it really very dangerous? I am sorry I come here only to ask and never to give answers, but in my country this illness is practically unknown and you are all very informed...Thank you in advance!
