I think Dr. Saul qualifies as a guru and that we listmembers think quite

highly of his comments.

He has healthy confidence. I wouldn't say that anyone has the last word

though--that's why we're here--for discussion. I notice that I have an

aversion to cooked eggs the more raw food I eat. Sulfuric acid, huh? In

would like to know more about that and what the blood looks like. I

hardboil eggs and give them to my dog for treats and add some to salads.

Dear ,

Usually, 2 eggs per week are raw in my smoothie.

The rest are soft boiled, or sometimes, hard boiled.

We buy Born Three eggs. The hens are free range, and are

fed flax seed, and the yolks are dark orange. Yum!

Best of Health!

It requires twenty molecules of alkalinity to bond with one molecule of

acid. The more alkaline your inner terrain becomes, the less desire you will

have for acid forming foods. In a state of balanced living, the cellular

intelligence does not direct its complex organ, your body, to feed it with

that which will cause its own disorganization. It is a simple question of

balance, an application of the universal law to the physical body. There are

no gurus in my life, other than the Inner Master. It is challenging for man,

once educated in the language and thought processes of an accepted system,

to release it in its entirety. Peripherally, many adjustments can be made,

but the basic language, the germ theory of disease is much like a cancer:

cut it out and it reappears in some other place. As far as the blood, you

would need to have a live blood cell analysis with a qualified practitioner

to substantiate this for yourself.

Dear Dr. Brown,

You seem to think that there is no possibility of becoming too

alkaline, which would mean that vegetarians could never get cancer.

Yet the graveyards are full of them.

I have had my blood work done by experienced people, in the past.

They do not show serious diseases like fibromyalgia. As Dr. Eliezer

has pointed out, they are very easily misread.

Best of Health!

OK, I finally have a day off and I just want to come to the defense of eggs,

Pressman and Atkins diet, SO far here is how this diet has affected my

daughter who is Hyper insulin, low thyroid.

First I took her to the endo MD ( very nice and open) she sent us to a

dietitian who would not hear of the Atkins diet, We tried the dietitians

diet, in two months my daughter gained weight and her insulin level and

D-peptide was Sky high,,, So I put her on a modified Atkins diet, ( one a

child could live with and she lost 20 pounds in three months ( modified diet

which included eggs) and her c-peptide level went from 1500 to 5,

the dietitian trying to save face, after all her entire degree was based on

low fat diets, sent us for blood work and cholesterol level, it was lower

than normal!! So the Atkins diet turned my child around and we now live this

way and I have modified it so it is easier for her and there is no gaining

the weight back.

Just my two cents, I also included IV vitamins/ Minerals/ Gluthainone in her

diet.

It is interesting that there are so many paths to the top of a mountain.

Perhaps, every journey is a series of circular spirals in which all

possibilities exist simultaneously and only become linear when a being

chooses one rather than the other. I am so glad for your daughter. It

appears that you love her deeply and serve her well.

Dear Dr. Pressman,

May I first apologize for my earlier post which crossed the bounds of

graciousness. I realize that Dr. Reims spoke about this possibility of

becoming too alkaline. Vegetarians often eat a great deal of fruit as well

along with other concomitant substances like unsprouted soy etc. Thus, there

are inexplicable covariates operating here which would make very complex any

attribution of causality for the graveyard phenomenon.

Much Goodwill,

Is anybody familiar with Dr. Mercola's eating plan? I think it

involves using ranch eggs - organic free range. I've been told he

uses the whites for omlettes and cooks them at VERY

low temps and eats the yolks raw mixed with his

fresh vegetable juice.........
