Is anyone else dealing with this?

Hello all,My son is 8 years old and has been Dx'd with Autism NOS but they are retesting and leaning towards aspergers. He also has ADHD and Cerebral Palsy. On a nightly basis he will (and forgive me for this but there is no way of wording this gently) reach into his butt and pull out his poop with his fingers and try and hide it from us in different spots in his room. This has been going on for a year and his psychiatrist has been working with him on it but it seems like he tells her what she wants to hear just so he can get out of the office. Anyone else have any issue like this?
