unconventional office space

Has anyone started an IMP in an office space not " built-out " for a

medical practice? I found a space but there is no bathroom for the

individual space. There are restrooms in the hallway near the

elevators. I'm just wondering how bad it would be to give a patient

something (eg- a plastic lunch box) to carry their urine sample back

and forth and do without my own bathroom. I would have a sink in my

office.

Grasping at straws here in the high rent district.
