Guest guest
You will NOT regret the wavemaster!! It took me a little while before spending the money on one, and I have never regretted it for a second. It is awesome!! Darcy Darcy, I love it!!! How often do you use your wavemaster. I read somewhere that you shouldn't use a punching bag on a daily basis...do you know if there's any truth behind that? I will be using it again today, which will make three days in a row. yippee. Guest guest
Hi Toni, I use my bag twice a week. I save it for the weekends. I always do basic tapes w/ it though. Although a couple weeks ago, I was in a huge hurry and THOUGHT I put in the new BL1, man I was really sweating and tired and thought " wow, this is a hard tape, it's kicking my butt " . It wasn't until about 35 minutes LATER I realized I had put in the new ADVANCED tape...lol. I did survive it, but normally I am sooo wore out using the bag and just doing basic tapes. That was a first that I did an advanced w/ it and um...probably the last Darcy who doesn't use basic tapes any other time, just w/ bag... > You will NOT regret the wavemaster!! Guest guest
are feeling and if you start to feel extra fatigued, make sure you give them a rest by skipping the bag for a day or two Thanks ...I didn't use the bag last night, and I think I'll lay off it tonight also. I'm going to order my shoes RIGHT NOW!!!

Toni, Personally, when I was using the bag for my workouts, I found that I couldn't use it every day because it was like lifting in the way that my muscles were being used! I think it's better to give it a rest day in between to let you arms and legs recover a little bit! Of course, every body is different, so just make sure you are aware of how your muscles (especially in your arms and shoulders) are feeling and if you start to feel extra fatigued, make sure you give them a rest by skipping the bag for a day or two
