I think I found a method that works... I filled up my NASCAR Coca Cola Racing

Family cup and drank out of that. I measured it, if I fill it to the top of

Tony 's head, it holds 4 cups of water. I drank two of those today!

That's 8 glasses! Wooohooo! This is a good plan, I drink my water and get to

look at cute race car drivers on my cup as an added bonus :) Whatever works!!!

:)

Have you tried adding lemon to your water? I know

that has helped people. Also drinking it as cold as

possible helped others as well.

,

I'm not 'big' on water either. What I do is buy the flavored water without

calories. Walgreen's & Target carry a brand by VeryFine that comes in

Lemon, Orange, Raspberry & Strawberry. It can get pricey though at $1.00 a

bottle (20 oz.) but at least if I drink 1 it's a start and then I try to

drink regular water. Walmart used to have some flavored waters also that

were pretty good.

You go, girl!! From 1 glass to 8 glasses in one day, I am VERY impressed.

It's so great knowing that you are doing this because it's good for you even

though it's not good to you. I'm so very proud of you.
