When we go to get-togethers with friends and they bring their cakes, pies, etc., those goodies no longer seem to appeal to me. Last night my husband made some jello, and wow! it sure tasted sweet -- too much so! We tend to let our KT brew 'til it gets pretty acidic. Tastes like a zippy apple cider. I haven't noticed any weight loss -- but my work requires a lot of telephone/computer time. I'm sure if I made a larger effort to walk a few miles a day, that would solve my problem! (And I am IN NO WAY hinting that you need to do that!!!) Warm regards, in Wyoming
