Now, they only come back when I'm getting ready to go back into a flair. I usually see them first on my forearms and my thighs. My rashes do not itch, however, I have had several periods since Stills where my entire body itches like crazy, almost burns/itches without rashes. Again, it very much coincides with flairs. and it is like peek-a-boo, the rashes just come and go thoughout the day. It's the wierdest thing. My hubby and I are used to them, but the people at work still get freaked out after almost 18months on the job - think I'm contagious, although I've handed out brochures and I've explained a million times. I was actuallycurious (because my Still's is still active) about why I have theStill's rash still, although it seems that my joints are gettingbetter. I also realize that I've begun to be allergic to a lot ofthings these days (such as enbrel and vioxx). I've never beenallergic to anything before. I'm on humira now, but it seems that therashes never go away, and they get worse if I'm tired or stressed. Does anyone have this, too? Do the rashes mean anything? I have had it befor on my neck. It itched a little but was only around in the morning. Now i have it all over my face and it is really itchy. I have had it all the time for 3 days now. I dont know if i should try to put something on it to help the itch . I am afraid it will make it worse. thanks Joanne Hi Joanne, I use something called "Natural Harmony" Anti-Itch/Antiseptic Creme. It was found in the health food store. If you find such a product, write down the name and ingredients of the product and ask your Rheumatologist if it is okay to use it.
