What is your diet weakness? ---------Sugar

What is a behavior/habit you want to change?-------------More excercise, less sugar!!!

What is a behavior/habit you need to Start?----------------Same as above - hard to do with holidays around the corner!

I eat tons of salads, I just love them! My downfall is clearly sugar, always has been. I've been able to keep my weight at 125, but it's not easy.

I have the same answers you do! :)

I've been better about exercise since our office got a small gym but I only have

a half hour lunch and can't work out before or after work so I only get in about

25 minutes a day. I know I should be doing more.

I've gained some weight since my low of 168 (high school weight!) and am now at

182. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by February. I have a very slow metabolism

and so I'm giving myself plenty of time. I should probably make a New Years

Resolution to work out 60 minutes a day.
