You have joined an incredible list of people...you will get tons of support here As far as the workouts that you have....the older studio tapes that you have are fine to start off with. Once you start doing it and are used to it, you might want to order some of the Live tapes so that you have some variety! Be careful with the Get Ripped 8 minute tape. Even though it is only 8 minutes, it is actually an advanced 8 minutes, so you should really stick with the instructional tape and the basic workout until you are comfortable with them and know the moves Good luck getting started! I look forward to hearing your progress

Carla, I think maybe you should start by doing Tae-Bo while sitting in a chair! You will still get an incredible workout without the impact to your knees! always shows how to do the moves while sitting in a chair whenever he is on QVC! You can do pretty much ALL of the moves while sitting down and get a GREAT Workout!
Guest guest
... I cannot thank you enough. I agree, you guys are a great sense of support and motivation. I had no idea that the 8 minute ripped was advanced. OMG...well it will be put on the shelf. Actually TaeBo for me right now is a dream, I have yet to heal from 2 surgeries, and the doc put a hold on even swimming....so I will read Blanks' book the taebo way while I recoup from this infection. I won't be a stranger though, I still need to keep these motivational juices flowing. Thanks again. Carla > Carla, > > Welcome to the group! Guest guest
Carla, Good luck getting back on your feet. I know it's tough coming back from surgery but you'll do it. Just heal first before you start. When you do, be sure to do the 21 day challenge. It will get you back into the groove faster. For now, rest up! Hope you feel better! > ... > I cannot thank you enough. I agree, you guys are a great sense of > support and motivation. I had no idea that the 8 minute ripped was > advanced.
