chasing wheat grass juice

When I had my gall bladder removed almost 2 years ago, I started the

wheatgrass therapy. I paid $3 for a shot of wheatgrass for a year and

chased it with lemon juice, then I learned that lemon juice renders the

wheatgrass juice impotent. I wasted $3 a day for a year. I read that

taking wheatgrass before you sleep is best and take the lemon juice, when

you wake up. Talk about kicking myself. That was 2 years ago and I have

not been doing either juice for the past year and my health has declined. I

bought the sproutmans wheat grass stand and have not had much luck with it,

the mold takes over. I hope that my GO green will work better. I am once

again paying $3 a shot for wheat grass juice, but they are not open when I

go to bed, so I am still not optimal. I get it when I can and call it good

enough.

There are many antioxidants in coffee and cocoa. there are many so called

super foods and those are two of them. I do not like anyone telling me what

to think or feel or do. I am a major rebel and I adore other rebels.

n, you have to do what feels right for your body and do not listen to

the naysayers. God made you just right and you have to do what is right and

what works for you and to hell with anyone who has never walked a mile in

your moccasins.
