I'm a water drinker mostly. Zero milk....YUK ! Somewhere out there is an answer for your headaches. I'll keep my eyes and ears open. Mi. I can't even stand the taste of it any more, but I used to love it. I usually drink coffee, powerade, water, lemonade, fruit juice and some soda. Kirk. Diet Sodas.......O.T.
