Suz,Water kefir is so good. I have some in the refrigerator now, semi-dormant.

Having made any in a while demonstrates water kefir in coconut

water. I don't have the link, but either google him and kefir or search his

blog.I have used fenugreek in Indian cooking for over 20 years-it was just last

year that I started sprouting it and now we have fenugreek sprouts all of the

time. It had n:ever occured to me that it would be such a wonderful sprout. Live

and learn :)marion

You guys are going to love this. This morning, the waitress, Sue, who always

takes my breakfast order, and watches me as I put my sprouts on my breakfast

sandwich, well she says; " Melody, do me a favor, tomorrow, bring me some

sprouts, I want to see what they are like on MY breakfast sandwich " .

I said " sure no problem " .

Slowly, we shall make a change.

lol

Way to go Melody! Changing the world, one person at a time!!!!The best way to

inspire other people to eat healthier is for them to see you doing it--it

naturally leads to questions and finally they see that you are happy and

healthy. And who wouldn't want that. How exciting that you are inspiring yet

another person to try sprouts!:) n

Group, I had been all ready to live on fenugreek tea, but did a serach and

since i have thyroid issues I decided to only sprout fenugreek and not make

tea out of it. As You all know I eat as many sporuts as I can and juice the

rest. I did not research the issue but what I read is that while fenugreek

helps the diabetes it also can interfere with the t 3 and 4 of the thyroid.

Someone please read up on this. i am a very simple person that is totally

enthralled with sprouts...
