In addition, you know we are unable to comment because of privacy violations about your Uncle's situation. A simple suit in small claims court will settle your case if you have one. You don't even need an attorney. I think the cost is only $35. But then it would spoil the opportunity for you to try to defame me as you are on this and other lists. This will be my last post on the subject. One lady on another list did decide not to do AIT because of Cammy's post. I want to make it clear, you are not hurting me. I am retired and offering the service in my travels. I will still travel with or without it.Below is a copy of the email I sent to the other person. My apologies for disrupting this group. I will be leaving this group, I am too old to worry about this type of petty behavior. One person did give a reference to an old web site condemning me for working against soft chamber companies. I stand by my opinions and here is another website for anyone who wants a refund on those soft chambers which have bilked parents out of millions of dollars. I have nothing to do with the website. www.hyperbarics.infoThe email I sent:Mxxxx,Cammy received free hbot, free ait, free patterning and free housing at our clinic, Miracle Mountain. We treated her uncle for stroke. They paid for another session and did not stay for the entire session. Instead of coming back to finish the sessions, they paid to go to another clinic because we have a multi-place chamber and they wanted to use a mono-place chamber. Our policy clearly states that we do not give refunds after treatments have begun. We did offer to let them come back and finish the treatments. That was 4 years ago. Judy talked to her aunt and they totally understood and have never asked for a refund of any type. We operated as a non-profit clinic and I often had to take money out of my own pocket to keep the clinic going especially while giving away treatments to people like Cammy. Cammy thinks I should give them a full refund now. They paid almost 3 times as much to go to another clinic which is their right and choice.Cammy has joined several groups to post negative things about me. That is ok and if she is ok with it, so am I. If people are ok with gossip and rumors without finding out the truth, it is judgemental but I do not have to answer for it, they do.We operated Miracle Mountain for over 10 years without an incident and gave away thousands of dollars in treatments. Miracle Mountain operated without profit and was a Christian based organization. Judy and I have never recieved a paycheck from Miracle Mountain. Never. And we never turned away a child because the parents could not pay. That included Cammy. Cammy has a job and an Ebay business now. You will never see a thank you for her daughter's treatments. Yet, it is ok, I would do it again, because her daughter is a child and does not know what is going on. Thank you for at least responding. We are continuing on to Florida to begin AIT. And we already have over 10 clients who will recieve free AIT because the parents are broke trying to help their kids. You can believe what you like. I am used to controversy. I have been fighting the mild hyperbaric chamber battles for years and have been a target from many people trying to keep me from telling the truth so they can charge thousands of dollars for chambers which are dangerous.
