Guest guest
From what I understand mercury is not stored in the blood anyway so this test proves nothing. You have to have hair samples done to see if your child has had high mercury or other lead poisioning. Guest guest
I'd be inclined to give any merit to it if they didn't own vaccine patents and then did the study. How about anyone that doesn't own patents or shares of stock in vaccines, etc do them. Oh wait they did and proved the exact opposite. Guest guest
Mercury and other heavy metals are stored in the tissues and organs - testing the hair will tell you how well you (or your child) are excreting them and a urine challenge will also tell you something, but there as far as I know, only the French UPPA test will tell you body burden. My son's first baby hair shows excretion but his 3yo's show no excretion of anything bad, just " good " things. However, the body burden test was hideous. > http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/health_news_detail.asp?health_day=612206 > > Lois Noland > Always in search for the " cure " > > > > > Lois Noland > > I don't give in > I don't give up > And I don't take no for an answer > Always looking for the " Cure " > > > > > > I don't give in > I don't give up > And I don't take NO for an answer. > > If God Brings you to it, > He will Bring you though it. > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Guest guest
Mercury only shows in blood and urine for a small amount of time after exposure. A hair test with very little showing in mercury is a good indication the child isnt excreting it properly. Was the case for my 20/m old son. Hair showed almost non detectable mercury. Two days after his second round of real low dose/frequent chelation (3 days, every 3 hours/3 mg...we did a urine test ( 2 days was waiting too long, as metals rebind pretty quickly, so we figured we would use it for a base line ) well it came back high in mercury.Where did the mercury come from? His body was storing it rather than excreting it. Mercury hides. Guest guest
Just to note. I believe high dose challenge tests are dangerous and would NOT recommend one. Guest guest
Hi , How's your son doing after the chelation? I'd like to do it for my daughter but they said it's too early as her gut hasn't healed yet but if I have to wait, it will probably take ages and she is 3 1/2 now. > > > http://www.sparkpeo ple.com/resource /health_news_ detail.asp? health_day= 612206 > > > > Lois Noland > > Always in search for the " cure " > > > > > > > > > > Lois Noland > > > > I don't give in > > I don't give up > > And I don't take no for an answer > > Always looking for the " Cure " > > > > > > > > > > > > I don't give in > > I don't give up > > And I don't take NO for an answer. > > > > If God Brings you to it, > > He will Bring you though it. > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- --- > > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Guest guest
We don't do high-dose challenges and also would never recommend you try it without a doctor's supervision. My son was on a dose of EDTA and DMSA prescribed by both a mainstream pedi and a DAN! because of high lead in packed red blood cells and a venous draw. A subsequent urine test was awful. There ARE people that buy chelators and chose to dose without supervision - obviously there are negative medical complications to worry about. Minimally your child will excrete minerals and such and if you don't replace them, there could be bad implications. You can also cause major yeast issues. At worst, you can seriously damage/kill your child if you don't know what you're doing. > > > http://www.sparkpeo ple.com/resource /health_news_ detail.asp? health_day= 612206 > > > > Lois Noland > > Always in search for the " cure " > > > > > > > > > > Lois Noland > > > > I don't give in > > I don't give up > > And I don't take no for an answer > > Always looking for the " Cure " > > > > > > > > > > > > I don't give in > > I don't give up > > And I don't take NO for an answer. > > > > If God Brings you to it, > > He will Bring you though it. > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- --- > > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
