Question on siblings and parents divorce

I have a 9 year old daughter with OCD. She was diagnosed when she

was 5 1/2 a few months after her father moved out of our house. Her

symptoms are controlled with Prozac. Her sister is almost 12 and has

been terribly rude to her little sister the last few months. I don't

know if it has to do with growing up or being tired of the OCD. Any

resources on working with siblings?

Also, their father lives 1,000 miles away and has different ideas on

raising children. It is stressful before going to stay with Dad then

takes a few weeks to get settled down after the stay. Any

suggestions?
