Guest guest
How many of you actually follow a walking plan? Have you made it a habit in your life? Do you still walk now? To tell you the truth, I am having a terrible time complying to the walking program. First, I don't like to take exercise-type walks. I'm okay if I'm at a museum or somewhere of interest. Then, I can mosey around. But, the you must exercise type of walking is just not my thing. Second, I tried walking inside, but our house is relatively small, being filled with furniture, and there's only so much walking you can do here. Third, I'm afraid to be outside alone, since in the past I have fallen so much. I've asked my roommates and several people to be walking companions, and there are no takers so far. In an effort to help solve this challenge, I asked my roommates if I could get a dog so that I had someone to walk with. They are against having a dog because we aren't home very much, and they don't think it would be fair to a dog. Help! I need some good suggestions -- something other than, just get it over with and walk. You have no idea how upset I've been over this issue and how challenging being outside is for me. Thanks for your help. Have faith. You must think you are not forgotten, that something is happening for you. That we hold you in the palm of our hand, will not falter, nor will we ever let you go. http://toolbar.Care2.com Make your computer carbon-neutral (free). http://www.Care2.com Green Living, Human Rights and more - 7 million members!
