Guest guest
well after 8 days of doing nothing but being lazy and eating I did the basic tape again. As much as i am huffing and puffing right I feel really good about myself. I wonder why (generic) we get so lapse in some things that are good for us. Oh well today is a new day and I can move forward. I want to thank everyone for being such great motivation. If I wasn't on this list i probably wouldn't have started back. But I am determined to meet my goal which is to hike the Appalachian Trail in one season. I have a long long way to go and I know I will achieve that goal thanks again ~ blaze-designs2@... I love hearing accomplishment like that (the hardest ones in my opinion). I like your goal, too. My husband are members of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club and work on shelter and cabins (him more than me). I love the AT! Elena

Good luck and remember there is plenty of time and breaks are allowed. Jenni

That is a great goal ! Way to go on getting back on track! I'd be a millionaire if I could figure that one out and solve that problem The important thing is that you didn't let this little break turn into a big-time rut! And you started again! That's all that matters! Good luck!

I know we all have those days when we just don't want to do it, but once you start, it's tough to stop! We stop because it is so much easier to sit on the couch, watch tv, and eat some popcorn...I know that better than anyone! It all comes down to how badly you want to be healthy, fit, and happy. I sure want it pretty badly, and you obviously do too! Congrats, and keep it up! AmyC > > > well after 8 days of doing nothing but being lazy > and eating I did > the basic tape again.
